Privacy policy

Last updated 13 August 2026 · Tepi Ltd, Bristol, UK · Companies House 17167177

Who we are

Tepi Ltd ("Tepi", "we") is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at privacy@tepi.co.uk.

What we collect and why

At this stage Tepi is a pre-launch waitlist. We collect:

  • Your email address, when you join the waitlist — used only to email you about Tepi's launch. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
  • Which entry route you chose (subscription, one-off, or free postal) — used to understand demand for each route. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in planning the service.

We do not collect names, addresses, payment details, or any special category data, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Marketing emails

We only email you if you have consented, and only about Tepi's launch. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by using that link or emailing privacy@tepi.co.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew it.

How long we keep your data

We keep waitlist data until Tepi launches or for 24 months, whichever is sooner. If you unsubscribe, we delete your email address within 30 days, keeping only a suppression record so we don't contact you again.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the service providers that run our website and email delivery, under contracts that limit them to acting on our instructions. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, transfers are protected by UK-approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can:

  • Access a copy of your data
  • Correct or delete it
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email privacy@tepi.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your data — for example when Tepi launches and begins running draws — we will update this policy and, where the change is significant, email you before it takes effect.
